I have made 2 outdoor porch bench using your plan. I have used 7 pc of 2x4x8 feet ($3.55 each), 2-1/2″ pocket screw & 2-1/2″ deck screws. I am from Canada & total cost of lumber & 2-1/2″ screws including the tax was around $38.
