X-crossed fence

If you have a limited budget or you want to build a rustic fence with countryside feeling to it, we recommend you to pay attention to the above design. In order to get the job done in a professional manner, we recommend you to set the 4×4 post into concrete and to attach the bottom and top rails, as described in the image. Last but not least, attach the X-shaped elements to the fence panels. Make the angle cuts and secure the components into place by using 1 1/4″ screws.

Pointed picket fence

Alternatively, you could still keep the costs under control and get a professional result, if you decide to build a basic fence with pointed picket fencing. Align everything with attention and place the pickets equally-spaced. If you want privacy, you could attach pickets to the other side of the fence too, alternating them.
