Good plans man. Take off was spot on. I prefabricated the transferred framing and siding to site. Used redwood stain for siding. One of the preference changes I made was pushing the seat back 6 inches for more room. Staining and painting took the most amount of time. I didn’t alter the slat roof but did add caulk then stain to the seams on the outside of it.
