Sturdy 2×4 Bench – DIY Project

 

From Billy Vaughn, 

Went with two 2×4’s for the top stacked on each other, added two pieces for the arm rest for more arm support and used 2×6 the the bottom cross brace. The black painted is pressure treated and the rest is cedar.
