DIY Project – 20×20 Pavilion

We pretty much followed the plans but I did add additional braces for support and I wanted metal roofing not shingles. Material was expensive the beams were about $2200 and the plywood was about $1000. One thing I would change is the pitch 7:12 was difficult for a novice builder at best 4:12 pitch would have been better. Time was about 5 days in the southern Arizona 100 degree heat in October. I still need to paint or stain. Thank you for the plans. We love them.
