DIY Outdoor Chair, Bench and Table

I built the table and bench last summer and posted them here. I used the plans from the “5-Foot Bench with Back” on this site and just winged it for the table. But, if you wanted to make a similar table you could use the plans for the Harvest Table available for free on this site. I just built the chair last weekend.

I used the 5-Foot Bench plans again and just modified it from 60 inches to 30 inches wide and added arm rests. Instead of 2×4’s for the seat and back (on both the chair and the bench from last summer) I used 5/4″ x 6″ deck boards. I added a 3rd seat board and notched it in the rear for the chair, which I think looks better. Obviously, I painted the chair blue. I used Behr Premium Plus Exterior Semi-gloss Enamel Paint plus Primer in One. It looks really wide, but the distance between the armrests is about 23 inches.
