DIY 14×20 Sunroom

Sir, we used the 14×20 pavilion plans to get us started on our sunroom. This is the third project we’ve built using your plans and by far this one was the trickiest. Neither of us work in the construction field but we’ve learned a lot over the past 5-6yrs doing projects together. Previously, we had 14×20 deck that nobody used other than passive to and from the backyard. T
he deck was falling apart and initially we were just going to replace the deck but my wife came with the idea of a sunroom so we ran with it. The room came out amazing, and is now our favorite room in the house, the natural sunlight in the morning is great for that first cup of coffee, we love to watch movies as a family at night and listening to the rain as it hits off our metal roof is so peaceful. We’ve added a PTAC unit so that we can enjoy the space year round. Thank you for the great detailed plans as always.
