I build this shed, with a lot of help from friends on an existing slab in our backyard. I used the 12 x 16 plans from this website. I liked the style and size. I used most of the materials listed. I went with a vinyl sided shed, service door and 2 windows on one side and a roll up coil door on the front. It took 3 weekends with friends. We put a loft inside, on each end. The functioning gable vent did take a while to come in once ordered, but we really like it so it was worth the wait. Great website, great plans. Enjoying the shed very much.

Total cost (after rebates) came to a little over $5000.
