10×12 Gable Shed with Porch – DIY Project

I bought the 10×12 Gable Shed plans and as you can tell, we modified them and added the little deck, changed the roof line, and added another window on the front. This was a family project that was worked on as time and weather allowed.
We started in late June and finished the last details Nov. 4.
Total cost was just under $4500. General break down: Lumber and roofing- $3000, hardware- $175, windows – $270, paint and supplies – $300, and 6.5 ton of river rock – $400.
