24×24 Gable Pavilion – DIY Project

This is the 24×24 pavilion we built from your plans! We built it back in November of 2021. Once the pad was poured, it took two full weekends with 6 men. Cost wise, if I remember correctly, it was around $5000-5500 USD between the lumber, roofing, brackets and hardware. We also added a center post, rather than using a 24′ beam across the center.
We bought all materials from Menards. It’s cedar tone pressure treated Douglas Fir.
