12×8 Gable Pavilion – DIY Project

Overall this project wasn’t too difficult. Adjusted the plans to be 12×9 and increased the height by about a foot. My father and I took about a month building this working only on weekend. Between equipment rental and materials probably spent around $4,500. It was well worth the work though!
