Total cost was about $1,000, including building the base tower, which is not covered in these design plans. Overall, the one recommendation that I have for future builders is to consider modifying the window opening of 14″ high to spec based on the windows that you want to install (plan ahead).
Most deer windows are available in 10″ to 11 1/2″ heights and not too many in 14″ height. In my particular circumstance, I would have built a window opening of 11 5/8″ to fit an 11 1/2″ window. I had to order custom windows. Overall, I am very happy with the design plans. Thank you.
