I wanted to share the coop we built following your (amazing) plans. We followed the coop and nesting box plans. We added a frame with posts for the coop to sit on to make it more secure. We noticed the original plans with a 2X2 frame was not stable enough. We also added shingles for the roof as well and siding. The total cost was around $1,000.00 and it took us about 25 hours total to build! We are first time builders and we would rate the difficulty as at a 3 out of 5. Thanks so much for making plans available! It was fun to build and we know our hens will love it.
