I am a novice builder. I completed this project in about 3 weeks of very part time work. I modified the dimentions so it would not be too tall and interfere with the beautiful Utah scenery. The dimensions are 8 feet wide 3 feet deep and 3 and a half feet tall not counting the support blocks. The total cost was about 200 dollars.  The roof is metal. I added an extra side slat and a extra support on the back, and with a little help from my girlfriend, painted to match the paint of my house.
