From Jon Silvers,
I made my hutch a bit different from this plan but not by much. I used quality plywood instead of slats for the walls. I also used 1/2″ square screen for the floor and part of one wall to hold a feeder and water bottle. I also saved some money by using 2x4s and ripping them in half instead of buying 2x2s. I made two doors out of the front with a permanent opening in the screened door since my hutch will be inside a fenced in area. I also added a permanent folding ramp for exit and entry. The total project probably took me close to 10 hours to finish and that includes painting it. With a cost around $140 give or take witch does not include the roofing shingles I already had laying around.
