I’m using the same roof structure again to cover my heatpump for winter to prevent ice from freezing rain! I modified it to allow water to fall easier.

Update: Took pic of today freezing rain.

Hi there, how did you finish off the two legs of the cover?

Your going to kill the compressor being that closet to the top of the unit. Need 4′ minimum!!

You will cause the equipment not to work properly. You have a high efficiency unit that will Not be very efficient. I am a lic AC contractor. Remove the cover
