DIY 8 ft Redwood Picnic Table

Here is a photo of one of the 8 ft tables. We ended up adding a middle brace to the middle of the bench seats to add more support, so they don’t collapse. The total materials for 3 tables were around $1000, without painting. And I had 4 people building so we knocked out about 1 table a day. After the first table, it was much easier to build the last 2. I used redwood because HD did’t have enough cedar for all 3 tables. Thanks again for the plans.
