This was my first real woodworking project and I was able to do it in about an afternoon (not including time waiting for the stain to dry) with just handheld tools! Only needed power tools were a jigsaw, an electric drill, and a corner cat sander. Used standard pine lumber and an espresso polyshades stain/finish. Added some furniture felt pads to the bottom, the cradle slats, and the neck notches. Turned out so well a friend even asked me to make him one!
