If you are serious about building a project, this is the option to go for. *All plans come as they are, I don’t do customization. Once downloaded, plans are non-refundable, unless significant error is found.

*I only sell architectural plans. The plans are not stamped, so if you need a building permit requiring stamped plans, these are not the plans for you. Also, it is your responsibility to make modifications to the plans, so they comply with the local codes. 

*All plans are in imperial measurements.
