DIY Large Outdoor Double Bench with Cooler

Wanted to hinge the top and insert a cooler inside. Bought the cooler on Amazon (Coleman 18 quart party stacker – https://amzn.to/2FD4g15) Used scrap pieces from the original plan (did NOT have to buy additional wood) to add 1×6 pieces for a “wall” to hide the cooler on the sides and 2x4s (x2) between the inside legs for the cooler support. I cut these to fit and did some pocket hole screws to hide some holes on the inside. I used pocket hole screws on the table top/lid so it’s all 1 piece. Turned out great! Spent ~12 hours on it, but I’m not super quick with building (afraid to make mistakes) and took some thought on how to fit the cooler
