A magazine rack or a garden hod – either way.  Of course the Fleur de Lis represents our long standing allegiance to the New Orleans Saints.  🙂  It was scroll sawed from a sheet of 1/4 inch birch. This plan was obtained from a woodworking magazine. The idea came from a woodworking magazine with a pullout template section for the end pieces. The handle is a rounded off 1×2.
