A friend wanted to build a play set for his grandson so he came to me to get a set of plans. He works for a excavation company so I went there to get dimensions from a bulldozer they have. The project took approximately 2 months working nights and weekends when it did not rain. I went a little overboard with details inside the cabin adding a padded seat and movable controls with visible gauges. All this project took close to 160 hours with planning and assembly and was done with a table saw, sliding compound miter saw, cordless drills and sanders . Hope this is a worthy project for you to consider.
